By accessing or using HIIT Workout Timer, Sync-60, AI Fitcopilot, and related services ("we", "our", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We provide interval timer apps and fitness tools, including but not limited to:

  • Interval timer protocols (Tabata, AMRAP, EMOM, Daily Warm-Up, and others)
  • Workout tracking and activity history
  • Account features including sign-in via email, Google, or Apple
  • Programs, challenges, and exercise content

3. Account and Registration

You may create an account to access certain features. When you register, you may use email and password, or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed.

Our use of your account data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Fitness and health information is for general purposes only; consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
